Sometimes we come up with an idea for a solution together with our customers. Also,  customers come directly to us with an idea for a solution that needs to be shaped into a more tangible solution. The goal is always to work to help our customers’ business work better. Whether this means we engineer a custom-made solution or we find the best product to provide the best solution.

Our production facility is equipped with the necessary machinery to work with different materials using various production techniques. And if we cannot fullfil the requirements ourselves we will source what is needed to get the job done. We can produce small batches for testing and also upscale to manufacturing larger quantities.

Analysis

Together with the customer we identify bottle necks in productvity and suggest a possible solution, also taken into consideration aspects of LEAN/5S and ergonomics. We also look at the flow of working processes and systems to ensure a smoothless integration.

CONFIGURATION

Based on the results of our analysis or the brief of our customer we come up with a tangible solution. This can either be an engineered custom-made solution or sourced product or a combination of these. Whatever is required to provide the best possible solution.

Demo

After the customer signs off our proposed solution we can offer a prototype for the purpose of testing the solution in the actual working environment. This way we can then check if the solution helps to improve productivity and if it fits with working processes and systems in place.

Optimisation

While testing we work together with the customer to make the necessary improvement to the prototype. We make suggestions and test until the product is working according to customer needs and requirements. We then proceed to produce larger quantities of the prototype.

Installation

We work with a team of professional and well-trained service engineers. We can pre-assemble solutions and deliver at your doorstep, we can also install on-site. In this case your contact will also be on-site to ensure correct installation of the solutions and answer any questions.

Service

We are there for the whole ride. So after installation and integration of the solutions we will continue to make sure everything is working as it should providing the best possible after service. We are also available to make suggestions for more improvement of productivity.
